# How can I change the 'Check Period' of a keyword in Rank Tracker and Local Tracker?

1. To change the 'Check Period' of a keyword, open **Rank Tracker** or  **Local Tracker** and click on the site in question. Then, click on the '3-dot' icon on the right of the keyword in question and click on 'Edit Check Period'.

2. Select a new 'Check Period' and click on 'Save'.
