How can I create site reports in SERPed?

What types of site reports can you create in SERPed?



With SERPed, you can create a variety of reports, in both Web and PDF formats. You can even automatically send them to your clients at the frequency of your choice.

You can create:

Complete Site reports - Full site report including metrics, statistics, backlinks, uptime, keyword positions and more.
Rankings reports - Detailed search engine rankings report for any site you track in Google, Bing or Yahoo.
Audit & Citations reports - SEO audit report for any site to uncover potential issues and citation report with local citation opportunities.
Keyword Research reports - Comprehensive keyword research report with actionable data about your keywords, including search volumes, trends and more.
Competitor Research reports - Overview report of your competition, with their Moz and Majestic metrics, domain age, backlinks and much more.
Web Analytics reports - Analytics report of your site with actionable insights and key metrics that reveal the efficiency and performance of each stream of traffic.
Press Releases reports - Report including information about press release distribution, search engine rankings and more.
Backlinks reports - Comprehensive report of backlinks for any site, including key metrics, breakdowns and more.

How to create a site report in SERPed?



To create a site report, select Site Reports from the Tools menu and click on the + button located at the top right of your screen.



Select the type of report you want to create and select the site you want to create a report for.



For this help article, we will show you how to create a Complete Site Report. Similar steps will apply when you create other types of reports. Before creating at Complete Site Report, you must add the site to Site Manager. You can read more about how to do this here. Note that not all types of reports require you to first add the site to Site Manager. For example, a Keyword Research report can be created without adding the site to Site Manager.

Once you have selected Complete Site Report, you will then be taken to our online report builder where you can customize the report.

Step 1 - Report Design


Here you can select the report design and color, enter your company's information, select text alignment, set the report period you want to show data for and write an introduction to your report.





Here you can select what information about the site, pages and backlinks you want the report to include or exclude, such as Site URL, On-Site Analysis, Main Keyword, Other Keywords, Competitors, Backlinks Overview, Backlinks List, Anchors List, Moz Rank Breakdown, Domain Authority Breakdown and much more. You can also add your own additional description and information about the site and backlinks to this section.





Here you can select what reports from Site Explorer and Backlinks Explorer, as well as what site metrics and backlinks data, you want the report to include or exclude, such as Domain Rankings, Site Rankings, Topical Trust Flow, Source URL, Anchor Text Breakdown graph and more.



Step 4 - Uptime Monitor


Here you can select if you want to include or exclude information about the uptime and response time of the site.



Step 5 - Web Analytics


Here you can select if you want to include a web analytics report from Google Analytics (if you have given SERPed access to your Google Analytics account) or SERPed Analytics. You can decide what data to include and exclude in the report such as, Site Statistics, Visit Over Time, Country/Traffic Source and much more.



Step 6 - Rank Tracker, Instant Check & Local Tracker


Here you can select if you want to include search engine rankings from Rank Tracker, Instant Check and Local Tracker. You can choose what information you want the report to include or exclude, such as Ranking Pages, Keyword Lists, various graphs and much more.







Step 7 - YouTube Tracker


You can select to include or exclude YouTube rankings from your report.



Step 8 - What Ranks Where


You can select if you want to include or exclude information about the keywords the site ranks for.



Step 9 - Keyword Research (Ultimate Research and Long Tail Keywords)


You can select if you want to include or exclude a Keyword Research section, showing keyword ideas with search volumes, trends and much more.



Step 10 - Keyword Analyzer


You can select if you want to include or exclude an overview of the competition, including their domain age, Alexa Rank, number of backlinks, number of social signals, Moz Rank, Domain Authority and more.



Step 11 - Bulk URL Analyzer


You can select if you want to include or exclude any Bulk URL Analysis results that you have done relating to the site.



Step 12 - Conclusion


Here you can add any other additional information you wish as well as your final conclusion and preview the report.



Step 13 - Automation


Once you are happy with the format, information and details of your report, you can set up an automation schedule for the report to be sent out at the frequency of your choice, for example, weekly on Wednesday.



Step 14 - Save & Generate Report


Finally, click Save & Generate and the report will be generated and will be available in your Site Reports history as a URL link or downloadable in PDF format.



That's how you can generate a Complete Site Report and other types of report for your website or your client's website.
