How to use Backlinks Explorer?

Add the site you want to check to Site Explorer.

On the side tool bar, click on View Backlinks under Backlinks.

A new window will open up and you will have the option to select what type of search you want to carry out Fast Backlinks Check or a Deep Backlinks Check.

Fast Backlinks Check - This is a quick backlinks check where you can choose between 1 to 5 as the maximum number of source URLs that you want to get per referring domain.

The results of a Fast Backlinks Check will show you the Source URLs and their Page Titles, Anchor Texts, Citation Flow, Trust Flow, Target URLs, Industry Type, Link Type and whether they are dofollow or not.

Click on the 3-dot icon at the right hand side of each Source URL to see additional data like date first seen, date last seen as well as Moz Metrics.

You will also be shown an Anchor Text Breakdown Graph and Table and an Industry Backlink Analysis Graph and Table.

Deep Backlinks Check - You can get all Source URLs up to a maximum of 1000, per domain. You can also check for the domain age, Moz Rank, Similarweb Rank as well as the domain IPs of the Source URLs. This check will take some time to complete. You will get an internal notification when the check is completed.

In addition to getting all Source URLs (up to a maximum of 1000), a Deep Backlinks Check will give you all the data that you get with Fast Backlinks Check as well as additional data, such as the domain age, Similarweb Rank, IP address, social signals, crawl date...

You will also get additional graphs and tables showing the Trust Flow Breakdown, Citation Flow Breakdown, Moz Page Authority Breakdown, Moz Domain Authority Breakdown and Similarweb Ranking Breakdown.

The results of your Fast Backlinks Check and Deep Backlinks Check can be exported in CSV, PDF or XLS format by clicking on the 3-dot icon at the top right hand side of the results page.
