When connecting SERPed to Google My Business (GMB), Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn & YouTube, please ensure the following:

Google My Business (GMB) is connected with either the business owner's Google account or a Google account that has "manager" access to that particular Google Business Profile. You can read more about adding owners and managers to Google Business Profile here.

Google Analytics is connected with either the business owner's Google account or an account that has been given access to the Google Analytics data for the particular website. You can read more about granting access to Google Analytics here.

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn & YouTube (through Social Monitor) is connected using the business owner's account or an account that has been given the necessary permission to allow connections to third party software. For Facebook, you can read more about Facebook business manager roles and permissions here.

If the account you are using to connect has the necessary permission and you are still not able to connect these platforms to SERPed, please contact our support team for assistance. To contact support, you can click on the orange light bulb at the top right of your member's dashboard and select "Submit a Ticket".
