What can you do with Site Manager?
What can you do with Site Manager?
Site Manager is an all-in-one solution for managing all your sites, blogs, clients' sites... Information such as metrics, backlinks and more are available and constantly updated in your site tabs. You can also track up to 3 of your competitors for each site and see how you compare with them at any given time.
With Site Manager, you can generate an in-depth SEO audit of your sites and get in-depth reports and recommendations on how to fix any issues that are affecting your search engine rankings.
Once a site has been added to Site Manager and depending on your membership plan, you will have access to the following features:
Manage Site
Page Stats
GMB Stats
GSC Stats
Backlink Profile
Keywords
Competitors
SEO Audit
ADA Audit
Manage Site
Under the "Manage Site" tab, you will see a preview of your keywords, as well as the Moz and Majestic metrics, for the main page as well as for inner pages. This is a quick and easy way to monitor the health of the site and the most important pages.
If you click on a number, you will be able to see its progress over time, as shown below.
Page Stats
Under this tab, you can see more data about the main page, including the SERPed Rank, IP address, social signals, plenty of data from Moz and Majestic...
Google My Business (GMB) Stats
You will need to connect SERPed to Google My Business, via the "Edit Site" modal. Once this is done, you can open the "GMB Stats" section to see useful statistics including:
Total Searches, Views, Actions, Photo Views & Post Actions
How People Find Your Business
Where People Find Your Business on Google (over time)
Customer Actions (over time)
Post Actions (over time)
All Posts, Reviews & Photos
Note that if you have more than one business location, it is possible to add multiple Google My Business locations from the same GMB account in Site Manager, as you can see below. It is not possible to add multiple business locations from different GMB accounts. If you want to add multiple business locations from different GMB accounts, the best thing to do is to become an admin of all the locations you want to add, so you can add them all from the same GMB account.
Google Search Console (GSC) Stats
You will need to connect to Google Search Console from the "Integrations" page.
Once this is done, you will be able to open the "GSC Stats" section and access plenty of useful information, including clicks and impressions, all imported directly from Google Search Console, as you can see below:
Backlinks Profile
Under this tab, you can see your link profile, as well as plenty of useful information for each backlink, including:
Citation Flow and Trust Flow
Source URL
Anchor Text
Target URL
Domain Age
Similarweb Rank
Moz Page Authority and Domain Authority
IP address
Number of social signals
Spam Score
Source (Moz, Majestic...)
Crawl Date
It also lists the backlinks you added to Backlinks Manager, even if they haven't been found by Moz or Majestic yet.
Note that you can modify the appearance of this table, by using the Table Column Configuration option (cog icon located at the top right of the table).
Keywords
Under this tab, you can find your list of keywords and phrases, as well as your positions in the search engines (if you previously added them in Rank Tracker or Local Tracker), their search volume, cost-per-click, pay-per-click competition...
Note this list combines the keywords you added in Site Manager, as well as the keywords you added in Rank Tracker and Local Tracker, so it's a single interface, for all your keywords.
7. Competitors
Under this tab, you can keep an eye on the metrics, backlinks and social signals of your competitors and easily compare their stats to yours. To view your competitors' stats, you will need to either have added them as competitors during the "Add New Site" process or you can add them now by clicking the + button at the top right hand corner as shown below.
SEO Audit
Here you can view the results of an SEO Audit on the site.
You will be able to see what checks we have carried out as well as our recommendations, including on-page checks, improved security and speed tests...
You can also specify a keyword, for more accurate on-page recommendations, as well as a competitor, which will result in a split audit report, so you can easily compare your site against that of your competitor's.
ADA Audit
Here you can view the results of an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) audit on the site.
As you can see, the report covers quite a lot of different aspects.
Please note that this report only covers an assessment of ADA non-compliance on certain sections of the site as shown on the report.
We do not guarantee that by complying with this report you or your client will be 100% fully ADA compliant.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please note that the availability of the different stats, data and reports will vary depending on your membership plan. You can view details about what is available on each plan here.
